Jiu Jitsu increases children focus, discipline, respect and compassion towards others. Its an invaluable gift you can give to your little ones. Our program puts them at ease first with games and fun while gradually introducing the martial art aspect.

Our beginners class focus on the basics of Jiu Jitsu. We balance the physical part of building the conditioning, drilling moves, situational rolls, with the mindset and philosophy teachings.

Learn from former UFC fighter and 3rd degree black belt Sensei Carlos Rocha. Classic and modern Jiu Jitsu techniques and variations. Gi and NoGi classes with lots of rolling in a relaxed and fun environment.
